Refund policy

You may cancel your rental order a minimum of 30 days in advance of your chosen Delivery Date. In order to do so, you must submit a cancellation request by email to concierge@babu.clothing. Your email must be clearly headed with the words “CANCELLATION OF RENTAL ORDER” in the subject line.

If you cancel within this time period, you will receive a full refund for the rental and shipping fees associated with the cancelled order. After this time period, you may no longer cancel your order and you will be charged the full amount of the rental fee.
