1. About us

Babu Clothing Ltd, trading as Babu ("we", "us" or "our"), operates https://babu.clothing. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 13541195. Our registered office is 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. VAT number: 390595661. Contact: concierge@babu.clothing.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

2. Products

Our products are described using the following condition categories:

·       New with Tags: brand new and unworn with original tags attached.

·       New without Tags: brand new and unworn without original tags.

·       Preloved: previously rented by Babu customers, managed and inspected by us and sold only where we consider it to be in excellent condition.

 

Preloved items may show very light signs of previous use.

Colours and sizing may vary between screens, brands and styles. Measurements are approximate.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not accept it. The contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation. Orders are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an item, or there is an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment taken.

Payment is taken through the payment methods shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

4. Delivery

Available destinations, delivery methods, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout. Unless another period is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days after the contract is formed.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominated to receive them.

5. Returns and faulty goods

Your legal right to cancel an online order and our return procedure are set out in our Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We are legally required to supply goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. When assessing a preloved item, its description, price, age and disclosed condition are relevant. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, contact us at concierge@babu.clothing. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Because many items are one-off or limited stock, an exchange or replacement may not be available. Where required by law, we will provide the appropriate refund or other remedy.

6. Website use and liability

Website content, including text and photographs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You must not misuse the Website or interfere with its operation.

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, we are responsible only for losses that were reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. We are not liable for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

7. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory rights available to you under the law applying where you live.
