How do I return my rental pieces?

You must package your items securely and return them using a next-day tracked, fully insured delivery service.

1. Please include your name either on the outside of the package or on a note inside the package so we can easily identify it.

2. Use the return address detailed on your packing slip: if you have lost your packing slip, please contact us via WhatsApp.

3. Take your package to your local Post Office (or use a courier of your choice) and opt for a next-day tracked, fully insured delivery service.

4. Make sure to send our concierge team a picture of proof of postage showing the tracking number.
