Select your dates over a rental period of your choice (5, 11 or 18 days). Our concierge team will be in touch via WhatsApp as soon as you place your order so you always have our number to hand! We will send out your order in time for you to receive it by your chosen delivery date: you will get shipping updates direct from the delivery courier. Receive your pieces and enjoy!
You will find returns instructions on the packing slip included with your order: just send us a WhatsApp if you have lost it and we will send you all the information you need. There's no need to wash the clothes before you return them - we professionally clean and sanitise all garments to European standards upon their return.

FAQs
There are size guides on all of our product pages so hopefully this will not be the case. However, if your pieces arrive and they don't fit, that's no problem. Let us know and send them back within 24 hours, and we will exchange them for similar available alternatives, or issue a refund minus the third party shipping cost if we are unable to offer a similar alternative in the required size.
Yes! Wear & Tear Damage Insurance is included within our rental prices so no need to worry about minor stains, missing beads, stuck zippers or other minor damage.
We work with an exclusive mix of contemporary and luxury brand partners who are aligned on our quality and sustainability values, and we get all of our garments directly from them.
Our ethos is all about sharing and giving garments their longest and most sustainable lifecycles, which is why our garments are not available to buy. But feel free to rent them as many times as you like for as long as they fit, and size up once your little one grows out of their current size!
We understand that you may want to wash items during your rental so that you can use them multiple times. We just ask that you follow the garments' care labels and iron all garments inside out.
