Return
Let our concierge team know via WhatsApp or email when you are ready to return your pieces and we will book a DHL home collection at your convenience. Use the returns label included with your order and don't worry about washing - we will professionally clean and sanitise your garments upon return!
Your weekly billing will stop as soon as your return is in transit with the courier. Don't worry if your return is collected after your weekly billing cycle time. You will have received a new order confirmation email, but your payment method won't actually have been charged: we capture payments manually to give you a bit of leeway with returns and to avoid having to process untimely refunds.
