Once you have checked out, we will reserve your chosen items and send them out as required!

Our concierge team will be in touch via WhatsApp as soon as you place your order so you always have our number to hand! Enjoy 1-2 working day express delivery on all orders: you will receive shipping updates direct from the delivery courier. Enjoy use of your pieces for a flat weekly fee per item - billing starts on delivery and an order is automatically generated at the start of each new week so you have the flexibility to keep your rental pieces for as long as you like. Rent only for the week(s) you need - no strings attached! 

Return

We can book you a Royal Mail home collection where the postman brings the label (charged to the card you used to place your order), or you can sort the return out yourself using a next day courier of your choice. There's no need to wash the clothes before you return them - we professionally clean and sanitise all garments to European standards upon their return. Please re-use the original packaging that your order arrived in and help save the planet in the process! Your weekly billing will stop as soon as we receive proof of postage for your return.
